General info

Who is Evans Atelier?

Evans Atelier is a family glass company with a twenty-year history, fresh ideas and unceasing creativity. We focus on designing and producing of art glass interior accessories such as vases, bowls, candleholders, wall decorations etc. Our strong point is an unique way of hand-painting, which we developed on the principle of so-called historical underpainting.

Can i order as a wholesaler?

Yes, we´ll be pleased to tie a wholesale business relationship with you. Please write us an e-mail with a short information on your existing business activities and the presumed yearly turnover you are thinking about.


Where are your products made?

Our products are wholly made in the Czech Republic.

Where can I see your products?

You can see Evans Atelier products on our website from where you can also enter a virtual gallery or download all catalogues we ever created. And if pictures are not enough, you can see our collections at international fairs where we exhibit, for example Ambiente in Frankfurt am Main/Germany or Maison&Objet in Paris/France. And, last but not least, you´ll be always welcome to our headoffice in Liberec/Czech Republic.

How do I request a quote or estimate?

The easiest way is to choose products you like on our e-shop and put them to the cart where you´ll see their price. You can also use the inquiry form available on our website to which you can insert the article codes of the pieces of interest and send it to us. Or just write us an e-mail containing pictures or article Nos. of the products you like. We´ll be pleased to contact you and provide you with all details on the selected pieces.

Do you do custom work?

Yes, we do – and with pleasure! If you send us a technical drawing or a design sketch with description of the wanted piece, we´ll get back to you with the information on the product feasibility and an estimated quotation of the whole proces and the future unit price. If you agree, we´ll make samples and in case you like them, we can start the batch production.

Also, if you like certain product but you´d prefere different colour, just please let us know.

How do I care for my product?

Our products are made of glass so basically you can use glass cleaners available in your market. We recommend to use cotton glowes during cleaning in order not to leave finger prints on the surface. It is not recommended to put the products into wash machine because they are rather decorative objects, not crockery.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes, we do. Please send us an e-mail with a short information on your existing business activities and the presumed yearly turnover you are thinking about.

Do you inventory/stock products?

We carry some products in stock but only few of them. Because of the art characteristics of our work and the width of colour/décor combinations we mostly make the pieces to orders only.

What are your terms?

If you purchase from our e-shop, we provide free shipping and the goods are fully paid in the moment of ordering.

With wholesale customers we operate under EXW Incoterms, which means that transport is not included in prices, and under 50% desposit payment. The deposit is required before starting the production and the balance payment before shipping the goods to a customer´s address. 

What are your lead times?

If the product is in stock, we can ship it withing 2 days. In case of non-stock items it depends on the ordered quantitiy. Generally speaking, we can ship the products in 4 – 6 weeks from receiving the payment. In case of larger orders the exact lead time will be confirmed individually at the time of contract conclusion.

Where does Evans ship from and to?

We ship from the Czech Republic basically to all countries in the world. If you purchase from our e-shop, your order will be automatically confirmed with free shipping to everywhere. If it yet happens that we cannot reach your country, we´ll inform you immediately.

Wholesale orders are confirmed without freight charges and later, when the goods are packed and their weight and volume is known, we offer customers arranging transport which means adding freight charges to their invoices. Or wholesale customers can arrange the transportation on their own.

What is your return policy?

If you find any trouble with the package before opening it, please make sure the forwarder or courier makes an official note about this fact. Only with this official record we can get a possible compensation from an insurance company later.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Evans Atelier. Transport of all returns and exchanges is fully paid by the buyer. All authorized returns and exchanges must be received in their original condition including original packaging. Returns and exchanges received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
